My Mother was at Hickory Creek for a short while and passed away in October After she passed I didn't get a chance say thank you to the wonderful staff who took such special care of her . I only wish that the lady who is "Head nurse" could of treated me with more Empathy And not told me when I ask her about my mother's medicine that she "Wasn't going down that Rabbit Hole " with me I hope in the future she never talks to anyone or looks at anyone Whose parent Is dying the way she did me .That rabbit hole you referred to was my mother's life . I was asked to give a review and I was as kind as I could possibly be Please don't allow this cruel human being to ever refer to anyone's last days on this earth as a " Rabbit hole "

The staff respond quickly if I have concerns or any questions relating to sister. They are concerned that her needs are met. I am happy with Hickory Creek.
