It's went downhill alot since they went to corporate own . All they care about is the all might dollar than the people. The staff does their best but even they aren't treat very good. It's sad use to be best in town not sure anymore

Heritage House was the best! Selling out to a corporation has been a disaster. Yes, part of the facility is newly remodeled, but that is only a disguise to draw you in. The personal care and being treated like family is all in the past now. Come on, Willows, you can do better.

The absolute most degrading experience of my life. With the exception of two aids and the therapy unit. It was horrifying I was in there almost 3 was. In Feb. 25. I hope they have made changes. I did submit two complaints while there. My suggestion is if you have someone there who can’t speak for themselves or they say the care is not good. Keep check on them. I needed help so bad one night that I called into facility front desk and told them to answer myself and two others who were hollering and ringing bells.
