My experience here wasn't horrible but I do think the nurses, aides & staff in general need to learn to be more respectful,& patient towards the residents. I did have to deal with alot of rudeness from people. Oh and it's true there are never enough staff, and trying to use your call bell is a joke cuz they practically never answer the. There is a lot of things that need to be improved upon and complaining doesn't make matters any better.

If I could give negative I would. They don't shower people. They never have enough staff. The food is absolutely horrid (how do you screw a grill cheese up). There rules are ridiculous. There are a few wonderful nurses and aids but other than that this place is a dirty joke literally dirty..... after 7 months of being here they have cut funds for bottle water they now use dirty tap water . forgot to mention it comes out brown once in awhile now they dont even have cups anymore because there too expensive this place is terrible I wouldn't leave my worst enemy here im disgusted every day I sit here

Went to visit a friend and the smell of urine greeted me at the door and never ended. The place has not been painted or tidied up in years. American flag buntings falling of the front entrance. I asked them to fix them. I was not happy at all. And called apple corporate to report the filth and disarray. I feel terrible for anyone there long term. Please call and report this and get something done.

My mother-in-law was sent to the facility after having knee replacement surgery. She was told they have no hot water for the past month. She stayed overnight, was paging the staff to use the bathroom and no one came to help her. Staff was rude and inattentive. She checked herself out as soon as morning came to have her daughter come to get her. Staff should be reprimanded and the facility should be shut down. Anyone that has been stuck there with no advocate clearly have no access to hot water to have adequate bathing. We will be reporting them Monday morning.
