If I could give zero stars I would. The entire staff lacks any level of professionalism! The direct care staff lacks basic empathy and the building is filthy.

Absolutely horrible!! I won’t say anything as far as the one on one care which I’m sure is a lot better because people who are in the position usually have a lot of care for people however, the administrative aspect of it was so horrible unprofessional an absolutely had no care whatsoever in regards to my mother or her situation as well as after this conversation on the phone I was hung up on for no reason at all the social worker and whoever else there’s two other people on the conference call with me in regards to my mother‘s discharge was such a unpleasant cold experience. If I thought it would get me anywhere I’d call up and have those women fired immediately because if they’re dealing with anybody else else’s family members, I feel bad that such people work with elderly people that need extra care and extra compassion and extra understanding and extra communication . These people failed on every aspect. The only reason I gave them one star is because I wanted to get on here to make the point.

Some patients don't even have AC in their rooms. It's too hot gor that. Patients that can go to the bathroom are ignored when they need to go. Caught employees laughing and conversation while my family member needes to go to the bathroom, so long that they called me and I drove over there and they were still laughing and not working. By the time i got there my family member had to pee on themselves since noone would help. Also, one of the nurses has an attitude problem. It is sad that the elderly have to be mistreated like this. Lastly, the place is dirty. Like make your skin crawl dirty. Shoes stick to the floor, carpet are gross. They definitely are not cleaning. I wonder how many patients have rashes and get infections/sick because this place is terrible. Do not send your family here.

Through a difficult time Apple Rehab staff have been great to us and very accommodating. They have let us stay overnight to help through some anxiety issues and even allowed our dog to visit. My mother's limited mobility required a single room and they moved us to one within 24 hours. Obviously the staff has a difficult job and everyone is different but almost everyone has been genuinely caring and kind. Couldn't be more appreciative under difficult circumstances.

My father has been in Apple Rehab for the last two months and has received exceptional care. The staff has been extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The director, Tim Flaherty, has been remarkable in overseeing the everyday care throughout the facility. He goes out of his way to assist with whatever you need. The staff and administration has made us feel at home at Apple.
