We were there to visit a family member!! Very friendly ; helpful to our navigation of the facility for this first visit. Our granddaughter was a refreshing distraction from the long recovery of her great grandfather — and a very positive experience for her.

Excellent facility. This may be the most well rounded facility I have ever visited. Patient care is the very best from the dining experience to nursing care to physical therapy etc. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom!

I have a very good friend that has been there only a couple weeks but I am so impressed and grateful for the wonderful staff of everyone at AUTUMN LAKE! My friend has shown dramatic improvement and just a few weeks! I am from a medical family with two of my aunts that were Nurses and my father was an OBGYN and a research scientist. I am from a medical family and it is so reassuring to know there is such great professionals still involved in healing in every which way.. The healing of the mind and the soul and the body! Your place is doing that and it's a wonderful and beautiful thing! Every single person I have met at this care center has been professional, kind, and compassionate! I will always highly recommend AUTUMN LAKE! Thank you again staff and all involved that help to run this fine place! Paul.

I was in room 239B. I was in autumn Lake due a fall I had taken. I dislocated my left ankle. I was there for two weeks. I don’t know what other patients experience, but i have no complaints; all the nurses and Dr’s where A-1. I was lucky to have had two absolutely amazing aids (Leeann and Jovi ). . From day one until the morning I was discharged there were there for me Hence the 5**** star review.

I had a family member go here for rehab after a hospitalization and quite honestly I had low expectations. I will say that the staff was fabulous and exceeded my expectations in every way. They were attentive and very respectful to my family member and her visitors. The only thing that I can say, I was not pleased with was the food, which is in no way is reflective of the staff, but tefkects on the company itself. My family and I would bring take out or homemade meals to our family member as often as possible. I would have my loved one stay here again for rehab if the need arose. Kudos to the staff on the short stay floor!
