Very rude and unprofessional. My daughter has been calling for weeks to speak to her Dad Leonard Lewis with no response. The Nigerian Supervisor who is there today as we speak was very rude. My daughter is still on hold. My daughter is out of state trying to reach her dad and the team on the Ashford floor has been very rude.

I don’t understand why people in the medical field aren’t more compassionate to their patients. They go to school and get degrees and then everything they learned is not used but, abused. It’s so sad to see a patient being neglected, ignored, yelled at or disrespected. A friend of mine went for rehab and had a very bad experience. He wasn’t treated right the food was always cold, every time he called for help he was always put off or completely ignored. I think the medical staff and all that are involved should get a taste of what they put these poor people through and then maybe they’ll understand and regret what they have done. I wish the patients there now get a better response, respect and the help they deserve. Good luck ...... patients!!!

I had a Dear Friend that was there for quite a while. When I would visit her, I was really happy to watch how well she was treated! I found it to be very clean. And I found the staff to be very friendly, and very accommodating! I saw staff members coming in after their shift to sit with her.

My grandma was here after she fell down the stairs at her house. This was her first time going to a nursing home and she was pretty nervous about it. Luckily the staff here was really nice to her. She said someone stopped in to give her a newspaper every morning and they even took her order for meals and painted her nails. When she was in the hospital she called my mom constantly but once at laurel woods we could tell she was much more comfortable, and called less often. Nice place!

Apple Rehab Laurel Woods has very nice, respectful staff. I love how clean it is here and the treatment of the staff is exceptional. I have been here since April and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The Recreation Dept here is amazing. The entire therapy staff is also exceptional. I am very happy with my stay here. My daughter wouldn't want me anywhere else. They also do a great job of transferring patients from room to room to keep us happy with who we are rooming with. I absolutely love it here and am very glad to be here.
