The staff I've met seem nice but housing low income older folks can't be easy. Look out for great changes and improvements in the future. Current symbol is the new entrance way and atrium under construction.

I was told that there was an apartment available for my mother for April and that some renovations still needed to be completed. I filled out the application and submitted the needed information and my mother was approved. As the week’s progressed I kept asking for a move in date. Finally after 3 weeks, I said I needed a move in date and was told at that time that it would be mid June. I was extremely disappointed with how I was misinformed about an apartment that was not going to be ready. Had I been told that this apartment wouldn’t be ready until June, I wouldn’t have left work early on 2 separate occasions, spent time and effort on filling out a 30 plus page application and submitting countless bank statements. I also stopped looking for an apartment for my mother. What a waste of time. I would never recommend or do business with this establishment ever again.

Met with Rebecca and she's a peach 🍑! Made me feel welcome and I didn't get the feeling I was asking for a handout.... I've worked all my life and am retired (small retirement benefits) and she did NOT make me feel that I was looking for something for nothing... she made me feel welcome and at ease in light of the fact that this is a huge transition in my life. I hope and look forward to being there one day (soon) as my mother was once a resident.
