My mother had a wonderful experience here at the Advanced Rehab with wonderful STR from the therapy team. I would like to take a moment to say thank you to Stephanie ; the social worker there who truly cares about her residents . She goes above and beyond ; no matter what is needed. She is an asset to the company.

Stephanie Bates did a lot of work for me. She was very very good without her help. I probably wouldn’t have made it through this time that I was here. Also, the nurses downstairs : I want to say one more thing about Stephanie helped me get a phone; everything in my life she helped me with so I really believe that she reads or something. The nurses on the 1st Floor are not so helpful though they were very more interested in their Phones than helping the patients ; but that’s them. Thank you.

I would not recommend this facility based on my family’s experience. My father had not even been at this rehab facility for 24 hours when a serious safety concern occurred. I left for approximately one hour and returned to find that he was missing from his room. I was told he had a safety bracelet intended to prevent wandering or unauthorized movement, yet the bracelet reportedly failed. What was most concerning was that another patient helped me locate him rather than staff. In addition, the facility did not have a working restroom available for visitors. The only visitor restroom was out of service, and visitors were not permitted to use the nurses’ restroom, creating unnecessary hardship for families already facing stressful situations. As a nursing student beginning my second semester, I understand healthcare settings can be busy and challenging. However, patient safety, supervision, communication, and basic accommodations should never be overlooked — especially when caring for vulnerable individuals. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues so that no family has to experience the same fear, stress, and concern we did while trying to ensure the safety of a loved one.

Journey of Healing: My Time at Advanced Medical Center After a severe hand injury in July, I found myself transitioning to the Advanced Medical Center from August through December for intensive physical therapy. While the circumstances that brought me there were difficult, the experience transformed my life in ways I never expected. Life in Sylvan Unit, Room 342 -I spent those months residing in the SYLVAN Unit, Room 342. That room became much more than just a place to recover; it was a sanctuary. Within those four walls, I laughed, I cried, and I smiled. Most importantly, I grew. I left that room a better person than I was when I entered. A Heartfelt Thank You to the Staff -The recovery process is never a solo mission, and the team on S-3 is truly world-class. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the aides, nurses, and housekeepers who kept me going. A special shout-out to: The Nursing Team: Nurse T, Nurse Stephanie, Nurse Janet (thank god for her always keeping my wounds cleaned), Supervising Nurse Corrine (the mother i never asked for), Nurse Battista (well figure out the business name one day lol), Nurse Martinez and Nurse Rhonda (you were the very first person I met)—thank you ALL for your care and patience; for I know I tested all of you at one point or another. None of you ever gave up on me or let me give up on myself. The Aides and Support Staff : Yvonne Deb and Charmaine, thank you for being there when I needed it most and everyone that helped keep everything clean. In Memoriam: A special mention for the Director Jacqueline; her impact remains felt. Above and Beyond There are two individuals who truly went the extra mile for me: Stephanie Bates (Social Worker Director): Stephanie didn’t just guide me through the facility; she advocated for me every step of the way. It felt like she put her own life aside to ensure I had what I needed. Her dedication is unmatched. Todd (Physical Therapist): Todd is the reason I’m back on my feet (and using my hand!). He meticulously showed me every movement I needed to master and checked in on my progress almost daily. His consistency gave me the confidence to keep pushing. To everyone I crossed paths with—even those I haven't mentioned by name—thank you for helping me get by. You didn't just heal my hand; you helped heal my heart and my spirit.

My sister stayed at Nurse and Home with Advanced Care for about a year, and the care she received was truly wonderful. The staff were kind, compassionate, and always made us feel supported during a very difficult time. Stephanie, the coordinator, was an absolute angel—she went above and beyond to help both my sister and me every step of the way, even continuing to support us until we were able to bring my sister home. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she did. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for caring and dedicated professionals.
