My sister had things stolen from her room and staff is turning a blind eye. It is in retaliation for her reporting a staff person and for her standing up for our other sister who was there. Someone better find who stole from her or we may sue for the way she has been treated. Very pissed-off about the neglect and indifference of the staff. FIX THE PROBLEM!

This is the worst facility I have ever experienced. The staff are unprofessional, there is obvious favoritism among employees, and patients are often treated with disrespect. The quality of the food is poor, and the overall level of care is unacceptable. Patients are the reason this facility operates, yet many are treated as though they do not matter. Based on what I have witnessed and the information that has been collected, I intend to report these concerns to the appropriate state authorities for investigation. In my opinion, serious changes are needed to address the issues at this facility. If ratings could go lower, I would give this place a zero.

Run...don't walk to any other facility. I have worked at and visited family members in many facilities. This was by far the worst place ever. My father went there for rehab and after months of care (if you can call it that) he was weaker when he finally left than when he went there. There was no consistent care and I don't think I saw the same nurse or nursing assistant more than 2-3 times and they were gone. Horrible toxic environment with non caring staff. My biggest regret is that he didn't leave there sooner. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I can't stress that enough.

I wish I could give this place zero Stars the staff is uneducated they broke the HIPAA laws and I had to contact the State ombudsman do not ever send somebody you care about to this facility the food is absolutely horrendous and I believe half the staff makes up policies on the fly. When I desperately needed a rehab I was sent to a dangerous and uncaring facility. I came here with perfectly intact skin. But now I have skin breakdowns in multiple places on my body. It takes two hours for them to answer my call light. And when they do clean me up. They don't use proper methods or medications on my skin unless I ask them multiple times. It is my belief that they have become lackadaisical. 0 out of five stars 😭😡🤒

So my mom was staying there and had a total of 3 falls each time the staff called me and stated no injuries. My wife stopped there one day after her fall and her bed had not been made and there was blood on the floor from her fall that still had not been cleaned up. This was 10 hours later. Not only that she had many bruises on her arm and hip. We had to tell them to call 911 as they stated no injuries and come to find out she had broken her hip and had fractured ribs due to the fall she had. Staff did not only not really check her out and stated to me that there were no injuries. The hospital she went to is reporting them to the state of Minnesota . Will update more when I hear from the medical director . No she has to have emergency surgery on her hip.
