Awful place, get a 0 stars in my opinion. You get 1 shower a week, and another resident was supposed to take her shower that day and didn't have a towel but I saw a worker take a shower and she had 2 towels, don't take vitals 3 times a day like they are supposed to, sometimes never, food is terrible like egg salad sandwich was a hard boiled egg on bread, no mayo, no anything. Asked for pain meds after brain surgery for a headache and never gave them to me, had to ask 4 times for a straw to drink because of facial drooping due to surgery, I had to sign documents to leave because of my homeless shelter was not going to keep my bed and they said I was leaving without authorization, employees took 30 minutes to hand out 8 plates of food because they were to busy talking with other employees, said I was depressed and had suicidal thoughts and took my stuff so I wouldn't hurt myself and took my knitting stuff which was the only thing keeping me occupied. Don't send anyone here if you care about them because they don't care.
