Trying to get my sister home so Family can take care of her but the social worker said that he needs to be sure that it is safe for her to come home. I just came from seeing her and she was hanging out out of the bed. Don’t know how long she’s been there no crash mat on the floor and she already fell out of the bed. There was eggs in the bed with her, but they said that they’re feeding her in the morning. They have not assisted her with brushing her teeth food all underneath her nails her nails was disgusting.

I had a bad experience at this care center. I was admitted for rehabilitation. I fell out the bed one night and I screamed for help and I got no response. I will never use this place again

My Father was unfortunately here twice. Do your research, and find a better facility(there are more available than what the hospital pitches to you and much cheaper). My Dad FaceTimed me while laying on the floor with no help coming for him (I have screenshots). When I discharged him, the male nurse he had told me to stop giving him a certain medication they were ordered to give him because it would just sedate him. Once we got him out, my Dad was great. This place is there to take all of your $$ with bottom of the barrel care. Stay away, reach out to nicer facilities, you have more options than you are told by hospital.

We were transferred from regions to this facility. My loved one does require a hoyer lift. The 2 aids did not grab the right sling and then proceeded to let their manager know they didn’t know how to do it so she was going to talk them through it while my loved one was a test monkey. 🐒 at this point EMS also told the staff what they are doing is wrong and not recommended. The room did not have any space to even accommodate a wheelchair and a lift. Was damn close to a prison cell. If you’re looking to dump your loved ones off and watch them deteriorate then you’ve found the place for you! The inadequacy of using the lift and using my dad as a test monkey created zero trust right off the bat.
