Some aspects of our experience here were good and some were pretty bad. Some of the staff were great and others were not so good. Some of the aides are great and you can tell they really enjoy their jobs and working with the elderly. But there were some aides who were regularly rude or just indifferent when assisting residents, usually witnessed during the night and weekend shifts. The kitchen has gone through numerous changes and food quality decreased substantially. Building is infested with mice. Air conditioners in apartment were old and could not keep apartment cool during summer months. We were told they would be replaced but they never were.

Trying to help a loved one find a new home in an assisted living complex is an emotional and trying time for the entire family. I can't emphasize enough what a comfort and pleasure it has been to work with Logan, (Director of Sales & Marketing), who helped us find the perfect apartment for my Mom at Chandler Place. She can begin moving in soon, and we are all very excited!

This place need to be luck down I call the facility concerning a job but she was so rude and did not even allowed me to tell her why I called and immediately drop the call. Very poor management

I absolutely love this place. It's classy, has an amazing executive Chef that prepares fresh healthy meals and their nursing gives excellent care!

The staff at Chandler are the most amazing and dedicated group of people. You can tell this is not just a job to them, its their passion to serve. From the business office to each home health aide thank you for all you do!!
