I saw videos where you let a influencer come into the facility on multiple occasions to film the patients including those in hospice. As nice as it is for this influencer to give them flowers, etc, do you not think this is ethically wrong and illegal to film patients under your care for monetary gain. The video was essentially an advertisement for a florist company. I doubt any of the patients are aware that their intellectual property is being used this way. Will be reporting this facility to Minnesota authorities. [My response to owner] - Based on the reviews and photos i don't need to visit the facility to know. Also you say you didn't monetary gain but the video was a advertisement for a florist , obviously you don't care about your patients privacy or you would of asked to have their faces blurred. Next time do it without the camera and stop using the hopise for influencers to stage advertisements.

My husband was here and was treated like trash. He was eventually dumped at the hospital they said they couldn’t care for him after he fell out the bed and said they had an opening at north memorial but we were contacted that my husband was dumped smh Lynnhurst said they can’t take him back they got rid of his bed n his too in less then 2 hours … this was to get rid of “the problem “ due to us reporting Lynn hurst to the state. He had marks on his body one day, wasn’t feed for a whole weekend due to staff not understanding how to operate the feeding machine. He wasn’t showered for 3 plus weeks, staff are rude and my husband would be left unturned with no tv on unless we drove up there and did it our self’s a few times we found him on the floor while staff hung out and played on there cell phones. They shut phones off from what clients say on the weekends so they can’t contact there loved ones. This place is like a shelter for people who are vulnerable sad they they do not get the care they need . Place stands like pee … do not send your loved one here it’s absolutely heart breaking these look like loved ones that had no family who have no option.

I give the place alittle credit because only a compassionate, nonjudgmental, caring for the homeless person could work there and smile at me, a mom and dad visiting their son.<br>Thank you for working there.<br>Jo
