The Emeralds of St. Paul, Minnesota is a great care center. When I call they go out of their way to make sure I speak with my love one. Their physical therapy is consistent and regiment. I appreciate their services.

I'm putting in an update. SOME of the staff were doing their job. Not sure if they have enough help. NURSING HOMES not like when I was a CNA. Check in on your family members if you can. Therapists have been sporadically helpful.<br>Staff could do better about answering call lights, 3 hours, my friend is waiting today. This is disturbing... He had breathing issues at times. I decided to buy an alert one bracelet for my friend. In Case he had an emergency. I also recommend marking items. I had quite a few items gone missing. He was on a ventilator with a trach most of his time there. Hand splints were not put on. He likes to play guitar, he can't now. His left hand is contracted. His fingers touch palms. Painful. He tells me of instances where he couldn't speak to get his needs met. He went home prematurely. He couldn't take it anymore there. Waiting for help from the county. It's been over a year. He's in constant pain. Not walking. Not using wheelchair. (Sharon N., former CNA, PCA, HOME HEALTH AIDE, TMA).

My dad is on vent for GBS and is expected to make a full recovery. The whole team treats my dad and my family with dignity and respect. They care about him as a person, not another body in a bed. Don't pay much attention to the negative comments out there- -feel free to reach me personally if you need more detail, or are apprehensive about this facility. (I am on socials.)
