Had my dad there for a couple years until he passed. A couple years later my mom was ready to move out of their home. She’s been here a couple of years. Experience has been great. Not only is by far the nicest facility with high ceilings, crown molding and many fireplaces and patios, the food is very good. Best of all the manager Chris knows and loves each resident as does the activity director Alyssa. By far the best care facility at only an average price.

The nursing staff take great care of our family. We couldn’t do it without them. I often come visit and my<br>Mother in law is all showered and clean thanks to them helping her.

The Willows is a very special place. It starts with the management, made up of individuals like Chris, and Jamie, who are willing to listen, make changes as needed, and care about the residents. There is a problem-solving "yes" way of seeing and doing things, rather than a "no" approach. Flexibility and friendliness abound.<br><br>We have found the staff to be well-trained and dependable, as well as being kind, friendly, caring and courteous. The support staff is also pretty amazing, and plan several activities (root beer floats, exercises, concerts, birthday parties and trips outside of the campus) that the residents enjoy. It feels as if the staff is happy to be there. The food is well-made and cake abounds!<br><br>Every now and then we count our blessings, and The Willows is one of them!

They took my dad in when we had difficulty finding a facility we could trust. The CNAs were kind, caring, and thoughtful. The Nursing staff was amazing, reassuring, and understanding. My dad ended up in the hospital due to the neglect of another facility so we were very anxious placing him somewhere else. But I don't think I could have found a better place. I am incredibly grateful for everyone at this facility.
