I’ve had very good customer service with Visiting Angels throughout the whole company, but I also wanna acknowledge Elena our Visiting angel. Elena comes here three times a week. Take care of my wife Cheri and make her life better every week. She’s here and every day she is here. Elena is a self motivator very intelligent a good listener, fun fun to be around cooks and cleans our condo Excellently. My best guess is we now have the cleanest condo in the building after the first few days of cleaning and taking care of our place she needs no more direction on how to take care of Cheri. Every day she is here she makes at least some type of positive outcome to help my wife Cheri enjoy the days ahead of her. I have been in charge of People and a manager of people most of my life. Any Elena ranks with all four of the best people that have ever worked for me, knowing that when I am not here and enjoying my boat that I do not have to worry because Elena is taking great care of her that is such a relief to me. I know and realize there are other good workers and good people out there in the world, but only few can walk step with step and be as wonderful as Elena. Thank you Elena so much.

Worked here for just a few weeks. Not a good company. Payal the HR manager is not a trusted individual she says one thing and it’s a complete lie. The entire staff operates that way. They all will tell you different things and ultimately they all lie. HR (Payal) has poor communication. Nurses are unprofessional and care to be more of a friend than a co worker. They also lie and steal money from workers promising you will get paid for clients canceling and you do not. I was compensated twice incorrectly and it was never corrected. The clients often complained the scheduling office is really bad and doesn’t communicate which I also experienced myself they never answer the phone directly. The clients I seen did not seem happy with visiting angels. A lot of red flags. Also, I would not trust the care they give out the training they provide is little to none and seem to hire anyone. They just whipped through the training no one even wanted to do it.
