We have been at The Elmwood for over a year now and absolutely love it. The building itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and the amenities are wonderful. Lots to do for people interested in social activities. Most importantly, everyone is so very nice!

I love living at the Elmwood. My apartment has a spacious, open layout, gets plenty of natural light and has an ample sized kitchen and lots of closet space.<br>The manager Chip is always cheery and helpful in whatever a resident needs. Chip plans many fun activities and the community here is very welcoming and it’s easy to make new friends. Also Chips' wife Missy helps with all the events and makes them fun! Missy also makes all the fabulous posters for our bi-monthly get togethers. Watch out though, her trivia and password skills are off the hook.<br>The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive and friendly; they will even change a lightbulb for you if you can’t reach it.<br>Perfect location, clean, newer building that is well maintained and fun residents.

Elmwood is a very well kept modern apartment and one of the best part of living there is the manager, Chip is the best manager. He is responsive to any issue, but there are few. The building has monthly gatherings with food and things of interest. We are really glad to be at The Elmwood, but it is even better with Chip.

The Elmwood is like its own little friendly neighborhood complete with fun activities that are planned by our entertaining and enthusiastic manager ,Chip. Whether you like to socialize or be by yourself , Its home.<br>The first time I walked through my apartment, I said out loud I think I found my forever home, which I’ve heard many others say.<br>The management and maintenance are so quick on taking care of us, whether it’s some issue that needs to be fixed or just a question . The people here are great . I like the fact it’s a small complex but not so small that you feel alone.
