Please reconsider sending your loved ones here. My mother came here after yet another hospital stay. She has been in and out of TCUs for the past year. This is the 3rd place, we did not know she was coming here until she arrived. To our horror, this place is physically ran down and grim. They staff seem kind, but also overworked and overwhelmed. The patients are complaining more than I've heard any place else. But that is not the main reason I leave such a low review, as I understand budget can be tight.

The reason why I write this review is because of the "Dr" who makes decisions on medications. Without understanding my mothers chronic health history, he decided that he would totally change her pain medicine. And forced his recommendation. My mother goes to a actual pain clinic and has a provider managing her condition surrounding pain. And at no point have they said she was taking too much. Nor have any other TCU that she has been to.

Staff again, are kind. Overwhelmed, but kind!

Be cautious, check the meds, and speak up for your people!

This place is horrific. Do not put your loved ones in this place. It smells and the staff does not care about these patients. The floors are dirty along with the walls. The smell is unexplainable. It’s very run down. And the food looks like frozen microwave meals. Every inch of this place is filthy. There is clutter everywhere. I cannot believe this place is running. Run. Do not trust these people with your loved ones if you care about them. 0 stars. Do not recommend!

My 10-day stay was most pleasant with very effective therapy methods. Staff was friendly and enjoyable. All in all, a great place to rehab.

A friend of mine is currently at this facility. She is wheelchair bound and can not move her arms or legs. THEY LEFT HER IN BED, UNABLE TO MOVE AT ALL, UNTIL 1530 IN THE AFTERNOON!!! Despite her begging and pleading for the nurses to help her. Her urine bag was full and noone would empty it so she couldn't use the bathroom. She now has a new sore on her bottom. Noone should ever be treated like this. This is inhumane. I shouldn't have to call and yell at people just to get them to pay attention to their patients. Its dirty and smells like urine. The other residents ask for help that never comes, constantly. The nurses turn on the radio to drown out their patients. Everyone of those patients should be moved to another facility and the staff fired.
