This review is not about the complex but about the app for app sign in. The complex gets 5☆.<br><br>Yes, this helps to eliminate back ups at the sign in but it is not as helpful as I think you would like, nor guests would appreciate.<br>There is no option to sign in with more than one person. So, it screwed everything up. We would have had to make another login for the second person (either on app or on desk unit)which makes this whole procedure much much less user friendly for us. That's incredibly short sighted.

We moved into Willows Bend because the building was very attractive, it was so cheery, the people are friendly and nice, the staff are awesome. We lived in Fridley for over 50 years and we love being here. We moved from another senior community because their food was not good - the food at Willows is very good, maintenance is great. It is a really great place to live! It has many pros, having many activities, theater night, outings to grocery stores and lunches.<br>We have lived here just about two years and we are very happy and love this place. I can't say enough good about the people and the friendliness of this community.

Mom transitioned to Memory Care today, and Dad did not. The staff did such a lovely job of making the transition go as sweetly and as smoothly as possible. They exceeded my expectations! Fantastic teamwork all around. Mom was passing out kleenex to the other ladies after only a couple of hours in her new unit. It is very obvious that she felt safe, and I couldn't be more greatful for the expert care both of my parents received today! Thank you in order of appearance-Nicky, Chelsea, Jennifer and Emily!😊
