I am the new property manager and have discovered this wonderful living option in Cardinal Pointe Cooperative of Maplewood! The building was refurbished in 2020 in lovely blues, greys, and white. The exercise room and woodworking shop are enjoyed by many of our members. It is an active, social group and I enjoy the people and the beautiful grounds.

Looks nice but dated colors and wall paper. Needs to get done, but run by committee. Probably won't happen anytime soon. Nice apartments. No food service.
