We benchmarked this region's co-operative senior living alternatives during 2014-15 holidays. Put our name on GPEagan's waiting list before returning to NE Kansas to prepare our WakarUSA Watershed home for sale. Having down-sized our stuff, we loitered 18 months before a vacancy made it possible to move here ... Definitely worth our waiting to qualify for the social dynamics that come with this lifestyle choice in a dynamic Dakota County-Eagan Senior Living Co-Operative!
