We appreciated the care and assistance that Helen provided for my mom. Helen was always prompt and cheerful. She was willing to do each chore exactly as my mom instructed and learned the household routines very quickly. Thank you Helen!

I have nothing but great things to say about my encounters with Matt (Edina New Client contact) and Spencer (Edina Care giver). I am an advanced practice nurse and am very familiar with the medical community.These two individuals hit every mark on elements that I feel are important when caring for clients/patients. Both Matt and Spencer were extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. Matt addressed questions on my list before I even made the inquiry! I observed Spencer in action with my good friend who is a client. He was filled with kindness, care and showed actual enthusiasm for his very important role in caring for this client. One cannot teach compassion and or empathy. It is nice to that the expression of care really does exist in our world today.<br>Thank you Matt and Spencer. Both of my care providers were very helpful to me while I had a broken arm. I needed help with showering and dressing, as well as medication management. In addition they helped with care of my dog.

Our father is 92 and lives in a lovely memory care facility. We hired Home Instead to provide additional companionship for dad while our family was out of town. Dad enjoyed his companion, KP, so much that we decided to continue with Home Instead and KP a few days a week moving forward. Yesterday dad was so excited because KP took dad outside for nice a walk in his wheelchair around the grounds. KP is so kind and gives dad the attention he needs. What a wonderful addition Home Instead has made to dad’s qualify of life! Thank you!
