Leaving a bad review because this place should honestly be investigated. The staff is very shady and dishonest, especially the day staff, who were consistently unprofessional and misleading. The night staff was clearly understaffed, which created unsafe and stressful conditions. Due to the lack of transparency, poor communication, and overall unprofessional behavior, we were forced to move a family member out. This was a very disappointing experience and is not a place I would recommend to anyone. Let’s start bye the unattended bed sores Bed sores went untreated, and briefs were unchanged, indicating a lack of proper care and supervision. Our family member was not being regularly moved or monitored as required. This facility appears to prioritize profit over patient well-being. Ownership seems more focused on financial gain than providing safe, compassionate care. This is not a safe environment for individuals who cannot advocate for themselves. Without constant family involvement, residents risk being neglected. Do not be misled by overly positive reviews. If you truly care about your loved one’s health and dignity, I strongly encourage you to seek care elsewhere.

My mom has been in memory care at Seasons for about a year. Her room is really lovely and we have been so appreciative of the staff. They are kind, relational, and manage to connect with residents as individuals even though there is a lot going on in terms of residents' needs each day. Beyond memory care it seems that just about every staff member we pass in the hallway knows my mom by name. It feels like everyone, from receptionist to the custodian care about the people who live there. I feel very fortunate to have her there.

Seasons at Maplewood is a wonderful place. My mom lives in the memory care unit. The staff are so caring and nice to her. She struggles some days and I hear how people comfort her. It’s beautiful! The activities team is fantastic. There are always fun things going on and keeping my mom busy is appreciated. Even in her Alzheimer’s, my mom tells me , “how nice and helpful everyone is arnd here”. I recommend SAM , very friendly staff, good communication.

What a beautiful place. I love visiting here. Lots of activities and room for the guests to move around. And the coffee in the first floor lounge is great. I usually take some up to my friend when I visit. The staff are very helpful and really take care of their guests. I love it when they paint the ladys' fingernails every Thursday. They take care of their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. The staff deserve a pat on the back. It's not a glamorous job, but it means a lot to guests and their families. We should all be so blessed.
