The employees that work in this industry are doing Godly works. They care for our family and friends that need assistance. Melissa embodies all that’s good in this industry but she goes the extra mile. She cares for the residents with a passion, compassion and dignity

Well, considering the situation Ms Beverly ( my sister) was in prior to making the move to Carefree not only do I give a 5 Star rating for the hostility and professionalism that was/has been displayed but i really do appreciate the staff that has gone beyond the call, and I’d really like to thank Ms Mielissa the Marketing Director for being so helpful and patient. I’m very satisfied with my sister’s accommodations at Carefree Cottages,

It took me a while to do a review cause I was moving in and a lot of things just happened in my life since July but one thing I can say about carefree cottages is Miss Melissa. She is the property manager and she is awesome. She work with me and my husband For a long time until she got us in here and we are in here and we like it we love it. It’s a good family own business is quiet mainly but it’s nice.

Carefree Cottages has very large and clean living spaces, and the staff have been incredibly accommodating in helping to navigate a complex move-in. Melissa has been very communicative, and many of the staff members, like Phil, clearly have a big heart and will go out of their way to try making sure residents are safe and able to participate in the community the way they want to

Melissa ( marketing Director) She’s been helpful throughout this whole journey. She helped my client from A-to-Z without her. We would’ve been stuck somewhere. We appreciate her work ethic for her having her amazing sympathy, caring and nurturing. She doesn’t deserve a five star. She deserves a seven star I swear to God without her in this team will be lost We love this place
