The Harbors stepped in for my mom when no other facility would accept her due to her feeding tube needs, and we are so grateful. The staff has been incredibly kind, patient, and attentive from day one. They truly treat these residents with care and dignity, and it made a very difficult time so much easier for our family. MY FRIEND LARRY JUST MOVED INTO THIS FACILITY AND IT IS VERY NICE,THE FOOD IS GOOD,THE CARE IS GOOD AND THE STAFF ARE ATTENTIVE.<br>CRESTVIEW STINKS ALONG WITH RIVER OAKS HE WAS AT BOTH PLACES AND THEY HARDLY CHANGED HIM I WAS HORRIFIED BY THE NEGLECT AT BOTH PLACES NOT ENOUGH CARE AND THE STAFF THERE SOME BARELY SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH IN OTHERWORDS YOU CAN HARDLY UNDERSTAND THEM. LARRY COULDN'T SO HE COULDN'T COMMICATE WELL WITH THEM ON TOP OF IT ALL THE SAID HE COMPLAINED TO MUCH! AFTER YOU COMPLAIN THEY TRY AND KICK YOU OUT OF THERE AT BOTH PLACES!!! TRULY SAD!!! I'M VERY ANGRY HOW THEY TREATED MY FRIEND PLEASE DON'T PUT YOUR LOVED ONES IN CRESTVIEW/MONARCH NOW. OR RIVER OAKS.

We’ve seen such a positive change in our aunt since moving in—more engaged, happy, and well cared for. The communication with families is great, and we always feel informed and involved.<br><br>If you’re looking for a place where your family member will be treated like family, we highly recommend The Harbors. Great facility with great staff and the best residents! We have loved every minute of moving dad in and appreciate all the care and attention they give to not only dad but seeing it all over the community. Food has been wonderful, staff are great and management have easy to talk with! We would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a more enhanced care setting!

My brother joined The Harbors in January 2023. As time went on his care required more attention. Staff was always attentive to his needs and adjusted help to him to adapt. Even as he became more of a PITA (pain in the) by my reckoning, staff maintained a professional approach to his needs and recognized his humanity and heart. My brother felt that Harbors was his "home" and was comfortable and at ease there. I can't say enough about the care he received at Harbors. Thanks Harbors!
