I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working alongside a member of Home Instead's team, Kim, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. From the moment I met her, it was so clear that caregiving isn’t just a job to her. She genuinely has a heart for it.<br><br>Kim was incredibly professional, kind, patient, and compassionate, and the care she has for the people she serves truly shines through. It’s always special to meet someone who so clearly loves what they do and brings that heart into their work every day.<br><br>Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Kim caring for someone they love!

My mom has been receiving intensive services through Home Instead for years. Her providers Amanda, Sarah Ann and Rose are top notch in every way! I trust them completely. Knowing she is well cared for has been the greatest gift to me and my sister! It has allowed for us to enjoy spending time with her aside from all of the daily care demands needs and stressors. The care they provide has dramatically improved my mom’s quality of life and has allowed her to remain in her home versus having to go to a nursing home. They are consistent and reliable and quick to step in if additional needs or concerns arise. They really care about her and her well being. They are patient, nonjudgmental and very hardworking! I would highly recommend this agency as your first go to in a time of need! Thank you all for all you do everyday!

Working with Tran and Home Instead Andover was an experience in professionalism and kindness. Tran took care of Gregg overnights and was compassionate and consistently went above and beyond to ensure his safety and well being. In addition, she provided the family with support, great communication and held our hands and listened to our stories while we went through a difficult time. I slept well when I knew Tran was with Gregg offering him dignity and kindness at all times. Our family is deeply grateful for Tran being part of our journey and would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a great caregiver.
