I only have good things to say for the people I interacted with - all kind and caring. The therapists are great and the food is good too.

The staff was slow to respond to call lights for patients. Social worker was slow to respond to phone calls.

This facility needs to be shut down and hospitals should not be transferring people here. The nurses are rude and utterly incompetent. My father was here for only 3 days and had multiple falls and ended up back in the hospital with a head injury. The nurses will blow up your phone all day with non emergency calls. They called me at 2:30 AM for no reason. My first interaction with the staff was a nurse calling and screaming at me about paperwork and medications. The nurses don’t seem to know what their job is and blamed my dad for falling. I am absolutely disgusted with this facility and the nurse staff. Do not send your family members here!

I stayed at Covenant Living for three months. I had some good CNA nurses Kebbe, Muriel and Diane. The nurse practitioners were good. I agree with Mari Brooks Carri. The Social Worker was very blunt and uncaring. I called her after my care to follow up on some things. She never called me back. She told me to talk to Anna about my wheelchair called Anna and left a message never returned a call back Amy the caseworker misinformed me about my appeal. Told me to call Medicare when I’m not on Medicare I was I’m only 62 years old, but she told me to appeal through there. There were only two people on the physical therapy and occupational therapy team that acted like they cared anything about me Kendra and another Hispanic lady. I forgot her name, but they were the only ones that tried to help me and were concerned about my goals. When I was told that by Carri that in order for me to stay there, I had to meet my goals. I was meeting my goals And PC and OC always told me that I was doing a good job but then turned around and told insurance I was not meeting my goals so I had to end up leaving. Nothing was in place when I left they suggested I go to assisted-living to get PC and OC nothing was set up. They informed me of nothing. Carri was very unsympathetic. I would not recommend this place for somebody to stay I hope that when I have another knee replacement surgery that there is another rehab place that is open because I will not come back to Covenant Living. This does not reflect on the whole staff just the ones I mentioned Carri, the Social Worker Amy, the caseworker Ben the occupational therapist were the most unhelpful people in my stay there some of the CNA‘s were very rude to me and acted like I was bothering them when I asked them for help. I don’t sorry I don’t know their names, but it was one lady on the overnight staff not Diana. She was the best one. I hope you guys take these criticisms and improve because there’s people out there that need help and we’re coming to you for help not to be ridiculed and criticized and felt like you’re bothering people that are supposed to help you.
