This place is highly unprofessional.<br>The residents don’t get the care they need the aides have a huge language barrier and attitude problem towards English speaking staff and the residents. I know this because it happened to me. When I reported them they went as far as getting my account restricted through the agency I worked for and after investigation it was reinstated. Do not send your family here if you value their lives and well being.

My mom had a stroke and could hardly walk with a walker when she arrived and was really struggling with her speech. After 16 days, she was discharged and able to go home.<br>Therapy was an average of 5 days a week and each session last 30 minutes. The Therapists were patient, encouraging and had a lot empathy. My Mom worked mostly with these excellent therapists-physical therapist (Rashi), occupational therapist (Kelly) and speech therapist (Katherine). All others are great also.<br>Nurses & nursing assistants -overall are good and deliver meds on time as scheduled by providers. Some adjustments needed from hospital providers to TCU providers. Outstanding nurses are Helena and Meshack.<br>Providers-Dr. Rawal, Chat & Carlie are quick to diagnose, adjust medications and communicate with my mom’s regular providers.<br>Facility was clean and bright with a garden with nice seating, a large bird cage, a hair salon, and community space as well as a nice lobby. Flexible and accommodating visiting hours. My dad was able to stay a long (and sometimes overnight) as my mom needed. Overall a really great experience for my mom and family.

Covenant Living in Golden Valley proved to be a true blessing for our family. Following my mother's hospitalization due to substandard attention at a different care facility, we chose to transition her to Covenant Living.<br><br>From the moment my mom arrived at Covenant Living, our experience was exceptional. The staff demonstrated consistent availability, whether we reached out by phone or spoke to them in person. They greeted us warmly on each visit, making us feel genuinely welcome. Of the five facilities my mother had lived in, Covenant Living stood out as the best. I felt confident after each visit that she was cared for and never left alone for prolonged periods.<br><br>With eight siblings, our family was able to see our mother multiple times each week. These regular visits provided numerous opportunities to observe the staff. They frequently checked in, responded promptly whenever assistance was requested and were attentive to our mother's needs as well as those of the other residents. Their diligence and attentiveness contributed significantly to creating a supportive and nurturing environment, providing our family with reassurance that she received quality care in our absence.

My mom has had a very positive experience at Covenant skilled nursing. My loves the nursing student intern, Natasha, as well as staff members April, Muriel, Diana, Cormassa, Chaplin Jim, OT Kelly, and more. Their patience and dedication have helped my mom feel valued, and given her the will to fight through pain and improve her health. I would highly recommend Covenant to anyone in need of skilled nursing care.

In all fairness to Covenant GV, I should not have been released to their transitional care faculty last night, or any night. This should have happened well before midday, but Methodist didn’t get word until after 3 pm of authorization, yet still rammed the process to get me out of the hospital to here. There was misstep, miscommunication, and confusion. However, everyone has been jumping through hoops to get things corrected and organized.<br><br>They are very cautious with their guests and patients, and willing to listen and try. Can’t ask for more than that. They’re trying the best to get my recovery back on track and that’s much appreciated.<br><br>All their teams are being communicative and working as a team to get me home.
