This is a rehab center yet I had to walk a great distance to get to the facility from the parking lot. I couldn't find the check-in area and missed my appointment. Poor signage. Got lost in the parking lots trying to find my vehicle. I couldn't imagine having to come here on a regular basis.

Why did you say I don't want you to come anymore?<br>staff need to service better job for serving the customer not cheat.<br>She said 2 hours for dr then at 1 hour and 30 min. she stopped the veh and said I need 30min. to clean.<br>Why I should be paying you for you to clean your duty.

Therapists were all so adept in diagnosing what physicality wasn’t working and why then explaining the related therapeutic exercise and working it into the overall progress plan. Extraordinary group of people. Nursing staff though short staffed like all health facilities were kind, caring and did their best to take care of everyone’s needs while working around individual schedules of therapy. Administration was also great to work with and wanted to help everywhere they could as well as working with all care team members and managing a complicated process. Food was sometimes good sometimes not but was meant to fit your specific dietary needs and physical swallowing circumstances. So under those circumstances it fit the need and little more. I would highly recommend Courage Kenny over any other facility in the area. There is no other option that comes close.

We took our kids here for swim lessons. The pool is nice and warm and the locker rooms are nice. Aside from that it's a pretty poor experience. 2-3 times this recent session they emailed out the day of lessons that the pool is closed, with no explanation as to why. They also don't want to offer refunds or put anything in place to prevent the issue from continuing to happen. The lifeguards will also continuously harass you if you try to take pictures of your own kids in swim lessons. They say it's because they are a medical site and following HIPAA but I'm not exactly sure how HIPAA applies to swim lessons going on that are not related to their medical practice.
