My dad has bounced around several nursing homes for rehab and respite. This is by far his favorite. Staff is very caring and accommodating.

Would give 0 stars if possible. My gram was transferred here from the hospital, she was placed back in the hospital due to lack of care. They did not change her shirt since she was placed there. She was still in bed in the dark at 11:30am when family arrived to visit and they were not completing recommended therapy. They have been reported to the state.

I have no words! My dad was only there a few days at his end stage hospice. We fought like crazy to get him moved and luckily were able to. I would have hated for him to pass at this facility. I asked about a new blind for his room (his was broken and sun beat in) but nothing ever came of that and his footboard on his bed busted off and laid on floor. Then ended up with a wound somehow and we were never told what happened. I wish I could attach pictures because they are terrible.

3/925. (Added photos). 1/27/25 3pm. Providing good consistent care. Good meals. Place is kept clean. Would like a psychologist readily available and a two drink happy hour once a week. Good location, limited parking, but can also park on street. Not too keen on greeting visitors coming in.

My Mom lived at Greeley 12 years. The staff became part of her family. It seemed that everybody knew her and stopped to say hi. As she needed more care, she became more dependent and the staff helped her to adjust. Communication between Greeley and our family was very good. Nobody wants to give up their independence, but in the end, it happens. She was able to be as independent as she could at Greeley. The people caring for her were very special. I'm glad she could spend her final years in comfort.
