After reading several reviews and hearing people's opinions about Maplewood home care, it seems that the general consensus is that the staff are kind and helpful. However, I have personally experienced a different side to their behavior. While they may speak nicely and be helpful over the phone, I have noticed that when I visit their office, they do not even bother to greet me or say goodbye after I leave. It is important for a care facility to not only provide quality service but also show basic courtesy and respect towards their customers or clients. In the future, I hope to see a change in their behavior and for them to make an effort to acknowledge and bid farewell to their clients. After all, it is these small gestures that can make a client feel valued and appreciated. It is time for Maplewood home care to live up to their reputation and truly treat all their clients with kindness and care.
