I had an exceptional experience with Aviata at the Harbor! From the moment I walked in, the appearance of the facility and the entire team made me feel welcomed and confident in the level of care provided. Executive Director Chris truly sets the tone for excellence, and it shows throughout the entire facility. The receptionist was warm and helpful, and the admissions process was smooth and stress-free. Kylie completely won me over during the tour—she was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The business office, Social Services and MDS ensured everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Physical therapy was outstanding, helping me regain strength and independence, and the activities keep everyone engaged and uplifted. Transportation to and from outside appointments is also reliable and well-coordinated, which makes a huge difference. Most importantly, the level of resident care is exceptional. You can truly see the compassion and dedication from every department. I would highly recommend Aviata at the Harbor to anyone looking for a rehab/ltc facility that goes above and beyond!
