I have not been able to get up out of bed for a week , Jessy the physical therapist came and said they he was going to check the strength of my muscles which he tested each one of them and said I was strong I don’t think myself as strong but he let me know id be standing up today which I didnt think I could do, and said we were gonna walk 10 feet I had serious reservations but I in fact fact walked 10 feet matter of fact I walked 45 feet! he’s a great asset to Aviata.

This place was a horror. Uncaring facility and workers . Had no cleaning wipes used hard wash cloths to clean patients . Had bugs in the diapers had no bed protectors . Had mother laying in her own poop without checking in her . The nurse call did t work I had to call the facility to go change her . The bathroom had poop on the walls on the grip bar And the toilet . Bugs on the ed with food crumbs dirty sheets

My husband had a heart attack and was unable to walk after a week in the hospital. He was transferred here and he was taken care of in a way I could not possibly have done. Everyone was kind, attentive, always smiling and kept us informed every step of the way. They got him up and walking without help. We both are really grateful for their help and positive attitude.

I chose Aviata after touring three rehab centers. I was impressed by the facility and staff. My choice did not disappoint! My father has Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. He choked on Thanksgiving and had to have an endoscopy. The anesthesia really weakened him to the point where he could no longer stand or walk. I was impressed with the therapy staff, nursing, food, activities, cleaning, CNA and laundry services. EVERYONE needs to be recognized for how empathetic they were with my father and his disease. I was especially impressed with the PT lead, Activity lead, Social Work Lead, Food, Nurse Alicia & CNA Judith. However, The WHOLE STAFF is OUTSTANDING with a very positive attitude! Highly, highly recommend Aviata at Countryside!

I really enjoyed that my Mom was taking care off and Ms. Kimberly and her staff were great. The therapy group was also excellent. We had a few hiccups at the beginning but everyone was great. Thanks to Joey and Jenny. Yahira is an excellent example of how to take care of your patients. This is our 2nd time experiencing our Mom in a rehab but this one was a 5 star because when I had a issues the whole group that was assigned to my Mom were there to take action so , therefore I think they did an excellent job.
