If I could give -1,000,000 stars I would! This place has neglected my dad so much that he was basically already gone when he left Avaita and transferred to morton Hospital due to medical negligence and multiple strokes bc they barely did any physical therapy with him. My Dad was there to get better! NOT WORSE! They didn’t try to push him and encourage him in the right direction physically whatsoever. They just let him lay there most a day fall out of the bed numerous times per day which I have proof of and my dad has had multiple strokes as well as a giant bedsore on his bottom. The most terrible staff. This place needs to be shut down or to say the least arrest the workers who neglect these peole who come for help! please, if you love your elders do not bring them here!! last time I went there,m to visit my Dad, I had to send him to the hospital because he clearly was showing signs that he had a severe stroke which made his whole left side of his body limp and the right side of his mouth droopy and his eyes were not right and they just let him lay there and didn’t even notice the signs or probably didnt even care to even check on him! Then when he was at morton plant the nurses and drs at morton plant told me that my Dad had benzodiazepines in his sytem which is NOT on his med list never has been! SICKENING! The people who work here must be demons to be able to do this to elderly people!
