Placing my dad in Palm Gardens was the best decision I ever made. My primary hospital doctor recommended the place and I am glad that I listen to him. The place is very clean and spotless. Absolutely no bad oders! Julie in admissions worked with me closely and got my father into Palm Gardens. She always kept me updated on everything that was going on. I noticed that all the employees are always smiling and are very friendly. They treat you like family. One of the employees named Dawn made sure that from the first day that my dad was comfortable and often would stop by community room or the dining room and asked if my dad needed anything. She is definitely an asset to Palm Gardens. The food there is wonderful and you can tell that they take time to make everything fresh and appealing. My father is eating better then me. LOL! The dinning room is very clean and there music placing in the background, it's almost like going to a fancy restaurant. I watched their physical therapy department work with my dad and they are awesome. They work closely with my dad and set goals for him. I know whenever it comes time to leave, my dad isn't going want to leave. I would definitely give Palm Gardens 6 stars if I could and strongly this place to anyone, specially family. ⭐️⭐️A quick add on review! ⭐️⭐️ After being released from Palm Gardens we chose to use their home health care. The Physical & Operational therapist were outstanding and was on time each week. They worked closely with my dad and really made him feel like family. Definitely a caring team and enjoys what they are doing. Their home Healthcare nurse that came to the house was very thorough and explained everything easily to my father. If we every need rehabilitation again! 🌴🌴Palm Gardens 🌴🌴 Will be our 1st choice!
