I recently was placed here at Aviata Facility. The experience has been absolutely #1 since I arrived here. All of the staff has been unbelievably kind and compassionate. From the nurses to physical therapy. The surroundings are impeccably clean and it smells great. Anytime you're in need of something there's someone to help you.

They did get me better before my insurance ran out. Some of the employees were really not nice most can't speak any English but they tried. If you want to smoke they limit u pre day. There's not much to do there and no matter where ur at with u getting better if ur insurance runs out u get kicked out. They also will send u out with hardly no meds that ur used too having so be sure u have an appointment set with ur primary care doctor before u leave. Its cleaner them some.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to express my gratitude to the staff at Aviata at Fletcher for the exceptional care they provided for my mother-in-law. During my visits to the facility, I was impressed by the dedication and professionalism of the team. However, I did notice that the guest chairs could be more comfortable, as the cushions seemed worn out. I believe that updating the seating and the TV would greatly enhance the experience for family members visiting their loved ones. Overall, my mother in law thoroughly enjoyed her time at Aviata, and I truly appreciate the attentive care from the staff. Thank you for making her stay a positive one!

This place was absolutely 100%l unprofessional. Unclean and not up to standards at all. I honestly feel they should be shut down. Total lies about their care for their patients. ALL they care about is cashing in that insurance check. I wouldn’t let a stay dog in their care. Yes I did receive a response, however once again I tried to reach out again with no answer. If WHO ever is in charge of this care center obviously has no compassion or respect to treat patients with the care they deserve. And I still stand with my opinion that they only care about their next pay check. I strongly suggest move along and do your due diligence about where you place your love ones. And their one star rating says it all Isn’t funny how the OWENER always posts the same answer with absolutely no real response or even try to make their facility better. I will repost their poor response. Resident care is our top priority, and as such, we take all concerns very seriously. We have shared this review with the Executive Director and Corporate leadership. If you would like to speak with the Executive Director about this further, please call the center directly. Thank you.

This place… Take your loved ones out of there now. Now that I’m well I can more perfectly explain how horrible it was if you’re sending your loved one toiletries please note that they just plop them all in a tote in the bathroom area that anybody can use even though they’re clearly labeled. I had an issue that I could not walk and seriously calling somebody to get help to go to the restroom was ridiculous. Like oh it will be there in 20 or 30 minutes. And here’s a new game… Let’s play coffee hide and seek. You request A coffee and they said oh we don’t have any today. Well, I can smell it so can I have a cup after three request? The one nurse goes into the nurses station behind a closed door and gives me a cup of coffee. I’m like why the hide and seek? She’s like because otherwise all the patients would drink the coffee. OK, did I tell you I was in a wheelchair at this point and if I wanted water I had to go out somehow to the lobby in my wheelchair and get my own water out of some jankie cooler. The food is atrocious. And I have pictures if anybody wants them from what they said they were gonna serve and from what you got. Like biscuits and gravy? Yeah you got a biscuit no gravy. I was like oh what the heck happened to your chef Let’s not even get into shower time. Apparently you’re allowed one per week. You don’t get to choose your time. One a week so I’m in there and my cute little bathrobe waiting because some other lady is getting bathed and this dude walks in and I get it. You know they’re male nurses that’s a one thing this dude just comes in to talk to the Nursing assistant. Finally, she’s like oh yeah go ahead get dressed let’s hop into the shower and I’m like I don’t feel comfortable. The lady in the other shower pipes up and says I don’t feel comfortable either so the dude leaves and then the nurse insists on she has to lather me. I’m like get your hands off of me. The whole place is horrible. The food is horrible. I had to DoorDash in food so and starve to death. You can find a better place for your loved ones. The only thing good about the place is in the people that did the physical therapy. Other than that, No words Can describe how bad it was Let’s go to when I wanted to check out. I was a self check in obviously from the hospital and they said I could not check myself out because my insurance would keep paying for their month. They made my son have to drive the whole way over there and I’m like if I self checked in why can’t I self check out? Insurance grab much???? And once I checked out, I asked for my medical records and they said you can’t have them. So I called the dude that was supposed to be in charge. Apparently he’s gone. Shocker. So now I’m having to go through Social Security to get my records. Seriously, I cannot explain to y’all how bad this place is I love the replies that says please reach out to us. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t return phone calls.
