I had a great experience during my orientation. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Renee was explained clearly, and they made me feel comfortable and prepared moving forward. I appreciated the positive environment and the time they took to answer questions and provide support. First Light is an amazing agency! We have used 3 different agencies and First Light is by far the best! Amanda is amazing at accommodating care even as the last minute. The caregivers are also some of the best we have had! I am so glad we found First Light!

I have been a caregiver with first light for five years. Everyone is super nice and I love working with this agency. Denise is always working with me and my schedule. I am a full time student and she always makes sure I can work and focus on school at the same time. And she checks in on all her caregivers and patients to make sure everyone is doing great
