I have had an excellent experience with Team Select Home Care. The office staff has always been caring, professional, and incredibly helpful. They are friendly, responsive, and truly go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. A special thank you to Sean, who has been my primary contact in the office. He does an outstanding job keeping me informed about scheduling and is always proactive in communicating any changes or updates. Sean is professional, dependable, and incredibly organized. He is easy to reach, returns calls promptly, follows through on what he says, and always takes the time to answer my questions with patience and kindness. My daughter and I are both very particular when it comes to finding the right nurse, and Sean has always respected that. If a nurse isn’t the right fit, he is understanding, never makes us feel pressured, and works hard to help find someone who is. His clear communication and dedication have made coordinating my daughter’s home health care much less stressful, and it gives me great peace of mind knowing I can count on him. I would also like to recognize my Case Manager, Dayanara. She has been an incredible source of support for my daughter and me. Dayanara goes above and beyond to make sure all of our transportation is arranged and arrives for my daughter’s medical appointments, which gives me one less thing to worry about. She also takes the time to contact different medical providers on my behalf, helping coordinate my daughter’s care and taking a tremendous amount of stress off of me. She is always willing to advocate for us whenever needed and works hard to ensure my daughter’s needs are met. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication have made a meaningful difference in our lives, and I truly appreciate everything she does for my daughter and me. I would also like to recognize my daughter’s nurse. She has been a wonderful fit for my daughter and has been a true blessing to us. She is compassionate, dependable, attentive, and treats my daughter with kindness, dignity, and respect. She pays close attention to my daughter’s needs, communicates with me openly, and always makes sure I feel informed and involved in her care. It means so much to know my daughter is receiving such thoughtful, high-quality care from someone I trust completely. Her dedication and genuine compassion have brought me tremendous peace of mind. As a single mom caring for a daughter with complex medical needs, having a team that I can truly depend on means more than words can express. Team Select Home Care has provided not only excellent care but also the support and reassurance that every parent hopes for. I am sincerely grateful for the professionalism, compassion, and dedication of everyone at Team Select Home Care. Over time, they have become like family to my daughter and me.
