I don’t leave reviews on things but Lisa was just that wonderful, I had to! She answered all of my questions, worked very hard to find the schedule that was right for my family, and was very empathetic about my concerns for my father and his care. 5 stars for Lisa! I had my doubts about moving forward with this company, but she really made me feel much more comfortable that I was able to get my dad the care he needs!

I would have given visiting angels 5 stars because of who I spoke with on the phone but the consultation rubbed me the wrong way. I spoke with Jenny on the phone to inquire about getting my father at home care. She was super nice and sweet, genuinely seemed like she cared and wanted to get good help to my father. I'd give Jenny five stars alone! She was able to set me up with a consultation with a Melanie. I have a very good knack at seeing through people's personalities and when Melanie came to my house I could see through hers. She appeared and acted very sweet and kind but when it came down to it she's was nothing more than a pushy sales person trying to get me to sign up. It didn't really seem like she cared much about getting good care for my father and I didn't like that. During our consultation she had to take a quick phone call which I didn't mind. I could kind of hear the other person through her phone and it seemed like it was an employee she oversaw. From what I could gather, Melanie is a "do-say-I-say" type of person and that's just a very poor management and leading style. I've worked with supervisors similar to that in the past and it made the work environment toxic and unpleasant. I didn't sign up with visiting angels because of all this, it put a bad taste in my mouth. I will be looking for other options sadly. If visiting angels always conducts their consults like this I'd recommend they relook into how they do it. Perhaps show more care and focus on being a more pleasant supervisor instead of focusing skin-tightening cosmetic procedures.

Rebecca was the sweetest person to meet and deal with. I had an occasion to met her and her company and was thoroughly impressed. She has a caring compassion, along with a true knowledge of her craft. I would whole heartedly recommend Rebecca and Visiting angels.
