All helpers assigned to us were very accommodating, helpful, and pleasant to work with. We had some snafoos in the beginnning with communication issues because they were changing their answering and scheduling systems.

This company has some of the best customer service and kindest people in this industry. I feel so much more at ease with my elderly family member now that they have a senior helper.
