The receptionist was very courteous and polite in helping me to get to my host. The facility is very clean especially the kitchen area. Everything was in order. My host was very diligent in walking me through the process that makes Dietary Aid job a success. Overall ,! I’m happy with the outcome of my visit.

This place is horrible. I walked into the building now one at the front desk to help me locate my grand parent. The place smells horrible and is dirty. The staff lazy. This place looks like someone’s basement. I asked a staff member for some wipes so I can wipe down a chair for a family member to sit in and the lady had a horrible attitude and told me they don’t have wipes. I proceeded to ask her “if you don’t have wipes how do you all clean up after the patients and what do you all use to to sanitize the beds and bathrooms. She said again we don’t have none. I had to find another person and ask them and she actually got up and found me some wipes. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I’m not understanding how they are still in business. This is a disgrace.

Excellent customer service. Communication and follow up is always reliable and timely. From the reception at the front door to the care team on floor. Thank you for all you do. If my family needed care again, we would choose this facility.

Many years ago my dad was a patient at your facility. Now my brother, same name, who is seriously ill, is currently a patient. From entry to departure staff has been most pleasant, attentive and helpful. The facility is well kept. I have been in healthcare for over 40 years and know that care of the elderly can be over whelming. Hopefully he will go home today. Keep up the good work and know that you deserve a gold star. Thank you all.

I’m currently a patient at Autumn Lake at Summit Park, and I want to take a moment to acknowledge the people here who truly make a difference. From the administrative team to therapy and nursing, I have felt supported during a time in my life when I really needed it. The administrative staff have been professional, organized, and willing to answer questions without making me feel like a number. That matters. The therapy department deserves special recognition. They push you — but in a way that lets you know they genuinely want you to improve. Recovery isn’t easy, and they understand that. They encourage you while still holding you accountable. I respect that. The nursing staff has shown me patience and compassion. They deal with a lot every day, and yet they still find a way to treat people with dignity. That has meant more to me than they probably realize. Rehab is a gradual process, and I’m still on my journey. But being in a place where people care about your progress — not just your paperwork — makes a difference. Thank you to everyone here who shows up every day and does the work.
