Michael Love was so nice to my husband, Craig, and me. He visited Craig every day. The entire staff was kind, hardworking and professional. Craig was in rough shape when he was admitted but he got steadily better in the care of the staff. We were referred to Autumn Lake and I’m so glad we were. Thank you , Autumn Lake! Monica Craddock

Michael Love was wonderful! He visited Craig every day to make sure he was okay. Craig’s experience at Autumn Lake was excellent. They took great care of him. They were also very nice to me, his wife. We highly recommend Autm Lake, Glen Burnie!

My brother has been at Autumn Lake Healthcare for over 5 weeks, and unfortunately our experience has been beyond frustrating. I have personally had to go there multiple times to deal with medication issues that should have never happened in the first place. Communication and follow-through have been extremely poor. For weeks, I repeatedly reported a serious issue with gnats in his room. I was continuously told by multiple staff members, including admissions, that it would be taken care of — yet nothing was done. No patient should have to stay in those conditions. The lack of urgency, accountability, and overall care has been very disappointing. Families trust facilities like this to properly care for their loved ones, and I do not feel that standard has been met here at all. Thankfully, my brother will be leaving soon. I normally do not leave reviews, but after dealing with ongoing medication concerns, poor communication, and unresolved issues for weeks, I felt people should be aware of our experience.

My experience was he'll at this facility. I wouldn't give them any stars. The place smells of urine. The night shift I dealt with was horrific. I literally had to walk out as best I could. I was not going to allow the neglect I saw and heard to be done to me. This place was dirty, stunk of urine and patients were neglected. I plan on filing a formal complaint with the department of elderly abuse ^ neglect.

My father has been in both Autumn Lake locations in AACO and I’ve been incredibly impressed with how kind the staff is, but particularly the Hospital drive location. Everyone who has had experiences with this location have told me the staff is absolutely wonderful, and I agree now having first hand experience! They are kind and attentive, and have patience I envy! The facility is always clean and well kept, the day room is lovely and always bustling with happy chatter, the physical therapy room looks like a small high end gym. I feel incredibly at ease knowing they’re caring for my dad temporarily
