Haven't been there as of yet my son is a patient who was transferred twice to a hospital and I am his emergency contact I wasn't notified called so someone can explain their policy to me, the receptionist transferred me to a number I stayed on the phone 10 minutes and no one picked up.

I would not recommend this facility to any one,staff rude and unprofessional, dirty rooms .the smell is horrible, clients with disabilities left un attended with no supervision @ times not properly position in geri chair,falling over.staff walking pass as if they were not aware . Nor care sad sad facilitythis facility rates zer0

This place is not somewhere that i would send a love one they dirty staff is very rude and unprofessional the patients room is filthy dirty

I’m editing my review based on the experience I’ve had this entire year. I don’t know if there has been a turn over with staff but there is no sense of urgency when caring for your loved ones and the lack of care and cleanliness is disturbing. They don’t clean patients, I have pictures and have even showed staff as I cleaned my mother how they are not cleaning their patients properly. They provide the bare minimum of care: food, medicine, and a change of gown and diaper once a day. My mother is in CRITICAL CONDITION and they sent her to the ER two times with outdated medical records and they told me the wrong hospital- ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS! Doctors have said this level of illness was totally preventable with proper care and attention. It saddens me to write this. What’s even more frustrating is that they all claim to love my mom. She is a sweet woman and it hurts to see her treated this way. I thought that I had finally found a place that would care for my mother as their own. How could people be so cruel?

Location is not convenient for our family but they were the only facility willing to accept my family member due to his disability and yes we were hesitant. Shortly after his admission we realized how they love and care for their long term patients like family. They have created a mini community for the patients. We are very grateful for the care they provide. 💕. Yes it is not updated like other facilities with all the bells and whistles but for us the care outweighs the appearance and location 100% 🥰. The medical providers that attend to him are wonderful and caring too.
