This was my husband and myself first experience navigating a rehabilitation/ nursing home. My son had a stroke and was admitted to Autumn Lake in March 2026,. The staff was always pleasant, any questions I had about my son were quickly answered. Rooms were tidy and my son always well groomed. Thank You to the staff at Autumn Lake. A+ in my book.

I love to share my view and opinion about Autumn Lake Healthcare at Homewood Center, it was very pleasant and the facility was clean and all the people receptionist nurses were very pleasant and nice and I really enjoyed my stay with my brother who has felt sick I'm glad that they took him to Autumn Lake Healthcare Homewood Center. The food they served my brother Warren said was delicious and that dinner roll was the softest I ever felt. Keep up the great 👍 work you guys. Sincerely yours Maurice Snowden.

My visit was amazing with my loved one! Facility clean and smells clean and fresh. My dad was clean alert and watching westerns on tv! He is doing much better now than he was when he arrived and he voice and laugh is stronger! Our family is very pleased with his progress!
