Unfortunately, this assisted living facility was recently sold and my parents can definitely see a decrease in the quality of services. Since new ownership took over, there have been issues with the Internet. However, what’s most concerning is the food service. There are very few choices, the food taste, institutionalized, and it is not promptly served.

I can’t say enough good things about this place so far. My initial call into The Sheridan at Severna Park, I was greeted by Dionne and from start to finish she has been a joy to work with. She answered any and all questions and was always available. Nikki helped tremendously as well because we had a fast turnaround and she was able to coordinate getting all the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. On the day my dad moved in, he was running late. I was very worried, but they continued to make it a smooth process as if no hiccup had even happened. The place is impeccable and everyone there is very warm. The rooms are generous in size and everything is extremely modern.

The Honoring Our Veteran's Happy Hour celebration today. You both personally, along with Sadie, Savannah, and others help, made it enjoyable for Veteran clients and their families. The certificates and USA flag pins were nice tributes to their service from the Korean, Vietnam, and other wars. Staff is superb. They are all friendly. The residents at The Sheridan have become good friends!

The building is beautiful and reminds me of a ski resort. The team that The Sheridan has are always so polite and terrific. It's a pet friendly community so you don't have to feel guilty. Relatives are always welcome to visit which makes it such a comfortable environment. The management are receptive to suggestions and concerns and it is addressed as soon as possible. If I could use only one word to describe The Sheridan it would be WOW!

Absolutely love The Sheridan Assisted Living! Always greeted by friendly staff throughout the community. Have had the honor of serving many of their residents with their move through Chessie Senior Movers. These folks are living active lives now in a beautiful, clean and safe place with delicious food and fun programs. Love the large windows, walk in closets and bright atmosphere! Go for a tour for your loved one!
