The team at Overlea is truly exceptional! I came here for rehab after a fall and burn. The rehab team did a great job helping me get stronger. I want to shout out yavonya, Carmelo, chizoba, and Kam from the nursing staff for doing everything to make sure my needs were met with a smile. The team truly went above and beyond! I couldn't have picked a better place.

Very unprofessional, my grandfather was here when I asked that he be Changed I was rudely spoken to. The nurses were rude, when I asked why wasn’t my grandfather giving his medicine on time. no one took him to the bathroom when he rung costing him to fall to the floor. The aids clearly didn’t like working here . I have a whole list of other problems as well. I did the next best thing and removed him from this facility, those other reviews are Lies! please don’t send your love one here. Place is dirty and full of Black mold.

I was so pleased to have an encounter with Jenna the OT for my resident who is receiving care and just arrived from the hospital last night. I was impressed by her gentle nature and strength in managing and caring for a vulnerable adult. Her confidence and instincts were on point. Thank you Autumn Lake Overlea

There is a GNA named Terrell who is the most amazing young woman I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I am at Autumn Lake Healthcare for rehabilitation of my ability to walk again after an 8 hour spine surgery. Terrell was on duty one day and saw me l lying in bed in a very distressed state. She checked me out and immediately had senior staff check me. I was immediately sent to the hospital where I spent a month. If it was not for her observation skills and care I may have died l. She is the greatest!!!!! She is an example of what to expect at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Overlea.

Nursing home/rehab. I am 53 years old here at Autumn Lake for physical therapy over a 6 week period. This place is definitely guided toward older people but a very short stay for anyone needing physical therapy is fine. The facilitates are mostly clean and organized. The food on the other hand is fine but for someone who had a massive stroke 2&1/2 years ago and a short diagnosis of type 2 diabetes I think it's a little to processed. My best experience at Autumn was the staff, they were awesome all the way across the board, always wanting and willing to help take care of you. GREAT PEOPLE!
