My experience visiting Autumn Lake has been great! My mother says most employees are very helpful. She gets a bad apple sometimes but overall it is a nice place. I went to a meeting to discuss her progress and they were very professional and friendly. I would recommend this facility to others. They offer fun activities. The rooms are clean and the food looks good.

My mom had a great experience here. The nurses and therapists are compassionate and caring, and my mom has been very comfortable. She even made a new friend with her roommate. We’re very grateful for the care she’s received.

This is one of the better rehab facilities in Baltimore County. That being said, it could be better. There appear to be staffing shortages. The staff that does work there go above and beyond for the most part. With over 200 residents there is a lot to do. My Mom was there for 2 months. She received physical therapy almost daily. There was a daily activity in her unit as well. Parking can be tight during the day. There is visitor parking.

The staff was outstanding and very supportive in taking care of my mom while she was there for a month. I truly recommend this facility if you have to do rehabilitation and feeling better. The ladies that run all the activities are truly Awesome. They truly make people feel better. My mom looked forward to those activities each day.
