This review is concerning the receptionist in the main administrative building at Autumn Lake at Furnace Branch Rd . Tracy is unqualified to be manning the phone lines and calls coming through at this facility. She will route your calls to anyone and everyone whom you did not request or ask to speak to . This happens too frequently to not be intentional.I have made several complaints about Tracy to the appropriate staff yet she continues to operate in a very unprofessional manner . I will call and she will not answer the call ( caller ID) I will then use another phone number from work and she will instantly answer the call after I have tried several attempts to get through to reach a certain department . This is unprofessional and unacceptable . She’s does not deserve even this one star butI had to leave one star to complete my review of this very unqualified person . When Issues arise and you’re trying to reach the necessary staff to assist with your issue , Tracy will make sure you “DONOT” reach the appropriate person needed to assist with the issue Tracy may you have the day that you deserve today and each and every other day! 🙂

Iisha is AWESOME! Iisha is the best nurse in this facility. My husband has been here for approximately 3 weeks & in that time, I feel as if she has been the best nurse in the facility. Many days & nights my husband has needed care & pressed the call button for help, only to lay there for an extensive amount of time before staff arrived to his room & they didn't arrive in a pleasant manner to say the least. I'd say totally unprofessional responses. However when Iisha is working, she responds quickly & efficiently. My suggestion to this facility is to hire more nurses like her, she takes her job seriously. Thank you Iisha for the care you give to my husband, you are greatly appreciated.

My experience with Autumn Lake Glen Burnie was wonderful. From Michael Love to all of the rest of the staff, I wish to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. You took such good care of my husband, Craig Craddock, I will be forever grateful. Craig has since gone to the Lord but I want you to know that the care you gave him at your excellent facility really helped ease his pain. Thank you and God bless you.

Absolutely terrible facility. Brought my dad there for respite, went in strong and capable, stayed there for 7 days and when I went to pick him up, he was covered in feces and almost unable to walk. He basically laid in a bed and was forced into a wheel chair for transport for 7 days. I am now on day 2 of in home therapy to help my father regain his leg strength so he is able to walk without assistance.

Very nice facility and staff ,was treated very welcomed by the staff soon as we entered the door. And entered the floor every one was very cheerful and respectful.vety neat and clean facility. Enjoyed my visit them even though the person I was visiting was in the hospital. The staff apologized for that too.
