This nursing home was more than a pleasant surprise for me. Every staff member was there for me, even the physical therapy unit made me glad that i followed my friends advice! Those folks didn't slow me down. They all inspired me indeed!

im not given this place any stars at all. My dad stayed there threw the doration of covid. We couldn't see him unless it was outside which was cool until one day it was raining and they still brought him outside wrapped in several blankets. Then to make matters worst they are now to this day receiving payments for him as it he was an patient. the nurses are very much rude and dont care for the patients unless they know the families are coming up to check on there love ones. Places like this needs to be shut down and revised asap. The director doesn't answer calls the business office lady is very much rude and always has an attitude when you call and ask about payments.

The facility is nice and clean. However, the facility lacks "wrap around care" for patients. No activity room, or things to do. Patients need to stimulate their brain. Short staff leaves patients in bed too long, and not turning them. This is what my biggest concern is

Unfortunately we have to choose a star otherwise we wouldn’t give any, because this place doesn’t deserve a star, This is the worst place to bring your loved one, dirty, careless, abusive to elders. We have had so many issues with my father’s care and needs. He was transferred from the hospital for recovery and since day one this place have done the bare minimum. Today 1/11/25 - we came to visit my father and check on his new room, where he was forced to move although we explained to them that room didn’t meet his needs and was going to be a challenge and traumatic to him. His room was so dirty and has a strong smell to pee, all of his belongings are thrown on the floor, there’s no trash can, the restroom is on the hallway and for an elder with incontinence that doesn’t work on less the restroom is next door, or in the room. The room is so small that two patients don’t fit there and my father doesn’t have room for his walker and wheelchair, It was so dirty that he even had flies in his room and on him. I know this please will tell you that if you have any problems or concerns to call administration, we have done it multiple times and all they care if about the payment, we understand that this place work by payment , but they should provide better care to their patients. Our next step will be to report them to the State, is inhumane how this elders live there and how they’re being treated by this people.

My sister was checked into this place right before the July 4th holiday. During that time we had several family meetings outlining our expectations and what the center needed to release her to home care once again. During that time, her brand NEW wheelchair was stolen. We advised the staff in a family meeting (nurse, rehab specialist, therapist and another person who may have been a business manager) that the chair she was currently using was not her chair, described the make of the chair which is clearly printed on the back and requested it be found and returned. She is now home and I have attached pictures of the chair they gave her. In addition, her nurse said if her original chair was stolen, it needed to be replaced by the center. She had them waiting to take her home - but the chair she got was old and broken. Both of the arms are broken. What is she supposed to do with this? IF you send your loved one here, be prepared to visit several times per week. Especially in the beginning. That is the only way to ensure they do their job SOME of the TIME.
