I visited the nursing home a few weeks ago for my dad, while the director and general staff were nice the finance office was horrible. There is a lack of compassion, communication and patience when dealing with the family of a sick loved one. I found their practices to be aggressive and unfriendly they were rushing us the family to get things that they know normally take a certain amount of time from different agencies coming from a business standpoint. Not at all what is needed at such a stressful time for family members. They stonewalled my father’s entry causing him to stay in the hospital for weeks. Thank goodness was we were able to find another place.

My loved one has been at Autumn Lake bridge park for 2 weeks so far so good. I have no complaints. The staff seems to care about the patients and the facility is always clean and fresh smelling

Visited this facility for the first time this weekend and upon entering there was a feeling of being welcomed. Ms. Val & Ms. Sherica who work there were so warm, kind and welcoming. Their presence is truly appreciated and made my visit that much better. I also appreciate that the facility didnt have that "nursing home" smell like some facilities can have. I didn't smell any foul odor at all and because of that I didn't have to think about rushing my visit.

If I could rate this place below a one star I really would. They do not have any proper care for their patients whatsoever and do not take care of them as they properly should. A lot of the patients are overlooked and you can tell that this is done just for the check and not for the care of the patients, in addition I am disgusted at the smell of the building as whole it really has a sour smell and it seem as though the building is not cleaned, nor the rooms and again neither are the patients you can see the lack of care that is place within the facility by looking at the patients and I am disgusted and disappointed with that I have seen here tonight.

Zero 0 stars if it were possible! This facility is nasty, dusty, filty, disgusting, deplorable and inhumane. The hallways are filled with clutter. The rooms haven't been swept nor mopped in quite a while. When my loved one had an issue with his bed the first day he got there, they refused to give him another one until I threatened to file complaint with the State of Maryland Office of Quality Assurance. When the bed was moved, the amount of trash and dust was simply unbelievable. His belongings are sitting on the heat vent because the drawers and closet are filled with items from who knows how many patients before him. I had to make them disinfect the bed mattress and change the sheets before he got moved to the new bed. No one introduced themselves. We still aren't sure who the nurses vs techs vs any other help are. And the food is disgusting to look at and taste even worse. Complaint is being filed. This place needs to be shut down. Patients are not being attended to and the temperature regulation is off. Freezing on one side of the building and extremely hot on the other. I can go on and on, but the characters are running low. Just know complaints have been filed.
